Photo Night - La Chaux-de-Fonds - Switzerland

Photo Night is a unique photography festival in the Swiss city of La Chaux-de-Fonds. It is inspired by the Rencontres d'Arles, one of the most prestigious photography festivals in the world.

Photo Night features projections of photographic series by selected photographers in various cultural venues across the city. The festival is free and open to the public, and it is a great opportunity to discover new photography and meet photographers from around the world.

The festival also includes a conference on photography and a portfolio review by an expert jury. The winner of the portfolio review is invited to present their work at the following year's festival.

Photo Night is a celebration of contemporary photography and a way to make it more accessible to everyone. It is a unique and special event that is not to be missed.

Two of my arctic landscape images were exhibited at the 10th edition of the NDP festival. It was beyond my imagination that my work would stand out so strongly that one earned a people's award!

Being part of the festival alongside internationally renowned colleagues was an honour, particularly sharing space with one of my all-time favourite photographers, Sebastiao Salgado. He has been a significant influence on my photography journey since the beginning.
